Easyrig Cinema 3 holds between 7.7kg and 9.9kg, taking the weight off your arms for sustained amounts of handheld work, distributing the weight evenly over your shoulders and waist.
This is a perfect size for Sony FS7, FX9.
If you are using a Gimbal such as a Ronin-2 or a MoVi Pro, you need the Vario 5 with Serene Arm.
If your camera is lighter than 7.7kg then you would be better off with something like the Easyrig Minimax.
