Sony PXW X70 Compact HD Camera

Small and simple to use HD camera. Fixed lens with excellent zoom range and a 1″ sensor which gives decent quality for it’s size. It’s versatility makes it great for capturing events and similar styles of shooting, especially given it’s long battery life (or Mains power) and good media recording time on inexpensive cards.

Records in XAVC HD and AVC HD straight to SD cards, the X70 also has a HD-SDI output for outputting to monitors or mixers.

Small and light so great for rigging for events as a locked off camera, and it’s night vision capabilities have made it great for wildlife documentaries also.
